but reflects my aensorpl experience with these tools, the experience of my collegues and the experience of the customers we have been working with. The experience is not equal between all these tools and I aensorplly have worked a lot with Mercury Topaz and have been working wit HP diagnostics for some customers. In the last month we have been also engaged in some shootouts with different APM tools including HP Diagnostics. So I would agree with you if you say that I am not a 100% expert of your tool but I would disagree that I've pulled the ratings out of the air.I would be happy to get your view and details on that and I am willing to correct my ratings based on the discussion with you and maybe we can also adjust the framework based on your experience. I would really appreciate if we get a much wider discussion on that topic here. Naturally we are an AppDynamics partner and I've chosen AppDynamics as a partner because I am convinced that it is the best APM tool on the market otherwise why should I've chosen them? We have been partnering with Quest, Wily and dynaTrace before and alway changed the partner when we were 100% sure that there is a better solution available on the market for APM. I do also know IBM ITCAM quite good and have used JInspired a few years ago, which is also a very interesting tool. So let's give our customers a good view on all of these tools here I can just say again that I would be happy to do that and will not hide any opinion/experience here.Mirko
